Semi-Private: (shared) $320 per day Private: $340.00 per day
INCLUDED SERVICES
Room and board, dietary services, laundry services, housekeeping services, nursing care, activities, restorative rehabilitation, psychosocial care, adaptive equipment use (wheelchair, walker, commode, isolation care, oxygen concentrators).
NOT INCLUDED
Pharmaceutical co-pays, over the counter medications, oxygen use, clothing, vending services, beautician services, field trip outings.

We have Medicaid applications and assistance available to all residents who need to apply. Our staff member will sit down and assist in completing the application, make all copies of information needed and take the completed application to the Medicaid office.
If you have any questions in regards to applying for Medicaid please contact our Business Office at 908-526-8950 ext. 213. Guidelines for eligibility are different depending on marital status and financial resources.
RATES
Medicare typically pays 100% of the first 20 days and 80% for days 21-100 of a qualifying resident’s stay. During days 21-100, the resident will be responsible to pay to the facility the set Medicare daily co-pay amount, however, a resident’s secondary insurance company may pay this amount depending on the insurance plan. ITEMS YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU FROM HOME
- Electric razor* – Rehab at Rivers Edge will supply regular shaving razors
- Makeup
- Hair supplies, including conditioners, hair spray, mousse, or gels – Rehab at Rivers Edge supplies a brush, comb, and shampoo
- 9 full sets of undergarments and 7 pairs of stockings or socks
- 1 robe and 4 nightgowns or pajama sets
- 1 coat or jacket and 2 washable sweaters
- 2 pairs of washable, non-skid slippers and 2 pairs of flat, non-skid shoes
- 7 casual outfits and 2 belts
Rehab at River’s Edge provides regular laundry service (all clothing should be machine washable and able to withstand high wash/dry temperatures). Patient/family is responsible for labeling clothing items. Due to limited closet space, please bring items for the current season only.
Rehab at River’s Edge provides a bed (which must be used), bedspread, pillow, closet, dresser, and bedside table for residents. Residents can also bring other personal items, provided they are in good condition and do not overcrowd the room.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS YOU MAY WANT TO BRING FROM HOME
- Small, covered clothes hamper, especially if you elect not to have laundry done through our laundry service.
- Pictures, photographs, favorite objects, and lamps*(residents are encouraged to place their names on these and other objects)
- A favorite throw, afghan, or blanket
- An address book, emergency contacts list, and a calendar with important family dates marked.
- Small refrigerators** are allowed but resident/family is responsible for cleaning and maintenance.
**All appliances/electronics must have a UL listed tag and be inspected by our maintenance department prior to use in rooms.
SPECIAL NOTES
Please leave jewelry and/or valuables at home, with a family or a trusted friend, or in a safe deposit box.
Family needs to label ALL personal items and record them on the resident’s inventory sheet found at the nurses’ station.
